Information Shared with owners & users

When you purchase or renew a gym membership through our DaashFit Services, your information is provided to us and to the gyms with whom you choose to join or renew. In order to facilitate your membership purchase and renewal process, we provide your information to that gym in a similar manner as if you had signed up or renewed directly with the gym. If you provide a mobile phone number, gyms or DaashFit may send you text messages regarding your membership status or updates. Some gyms also require you to provide credit or debit card account information to secure your membership. When you purchase or renew a gym membership through our DaashFit Services and/or make a payment to a gym through our Services, we may also share with the gyms additional information, such as information about your fitness preferences and history or information that we collect from third-parties.

Information you choose to share with a gym when you purchase a membership or pay through our DaashFit Services may be used by the gym for its own purposes. We do not control the privacy practices of gyms. Please contact the gym directly if you want to learn about its privacy practices.

Payment Information

To use certain of our DaashFit Services, such as to book appointments at specific gyms and to make payments to those gyms, we may require credit or debit card account information. By providing your credit or debit card account information through our DaashFit Services, you expressly consent to the sharing of your information with gyms, third-party payment processors, and other third-party service providers (including but not limited to vendors who provide fraud detection services to us and other third parties), and you further agree to the following terms:
When you use a credit or debit card to secure an appointment through our Sites, we provide your credit or debit card account information (including card number and expiration date) to our third-party payment service providers and the relevant gym.
When you initially provide your credit or debit card account information through our DaashFit Services to utilize our gym payment services, we provide your credit or debit card account information to our third-party payment service providers. As explained in our Terms of Use, these third parties may store your credit or debit card account information so you can use our gym payment services through our Services in the future.

Analytics and tailored advertising

To help us better understand your use of the Services, we may use third-party web analytics on our Services, such as Google Analytics. These service providers use the sort of technology described in the "Automatically-Collected Information" Section above. The information collected by this technology will be disclosed to or collected directly by these service providers, who use the information to evaluate our users' use of the Services.
